A study on health published in the journal Fertility and Sterility says men who consume lots of antioxidants is an active substance contained in many fruits and vegetables, have sperm quality better, be it motion, ejekulasi volume, and sperm concentration compared with men who likes eating meat and dairy products are full of  fat. This research attempted in 61 mens, 30 mens have bad quality sperm and 31 other mens to have normal sperm quality. They were given the opportunity to eat 93 different foods and can not consume vitamins or supplements during the study lasted.  Research conducted by several universities in Spain.

The mans who had a normal sperm is known to those who consume a diet rich in fibers, carbohydrates, antioxidants, folic acid, vitamin c and licopen compared with mens who have bad sperm.
What about the quality of our sperm?, If the results of these studies so well, what's we feel the need to consume foods that contain lots of antioxidants ?, According to Jaime Mendiola head of research and teaching at the university Mucia Spanish, her answers are YES.
